Refund policy

Returns

If you believe your product is defective, please get in touch with our customer service team and provide your order number along with details of the issue. Upon review, if the product is confirmed to be defective and falls within our warranty period, we will arrange for a replacement accordingly.

We are unable to accept returns on incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.

To put in a request for a return, please email our support staff within 30 days of delivery. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to our warehouse. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns.

 

Refunds

We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back within 30 days of receiving your product and we'll promptly refund your money once we receive your product. Please note that the product must be received in original working condition with original packaging. The refund will be processed once our team confirms receipt of the return.

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout by the customer. In such cases, customers are encouraged to contact the current address directly to arrange collection of their parcel.

 

Cancellations

To make an order cancellation please contact us immediately on hello@glowright.co. If you cancel your purchase within 2 hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, the fulfillment is quick. Your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.

 

Shipping Costs

It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

 

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Address Provided
    If a package is delivered to an address provided by the customer at checkout (including corrected addresses confirmed by the customer after an initial delivery attempt), the order is considered successfully fulfilled. Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund.

 

  • Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
    If the carrier's tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered, the order is considered complete. For customers who do not choose insured shipping when placing their order, claims of non-receipt, loss, or theft after delivery (including porch piracy or unauthorized receipt by third parties) are not eligible for a refund.


Customer Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for the security of the delivery location. We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address and monitoring tracking updates closely.

If you believe there is an issue with the delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance, as they are best equipped to investigate delivery confirmations.
