Shipping

How long does it take to get my order During Covid-19?

Due to the impact of Covid-19, the current delivery times around the world are somehow affected. According to our shipping suppliers, below is the estimated time each country takes to deliver during this period.

Europe:
United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden: 7-12 business days

Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Malta: 8~15 business days

Oceania:
Australia, New Zealand: 7-12 business days

North America:
United States: 7-12 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days

ASIA:
Taiwan, Hongkong: 3~5 business days
Japan, Thailand: 4~8 business days
Singapore, Malaysia: 7~12 business days
Vietnam: 10~15 business days

For the rest regions of the world, the local delivery is currently very unstable due to the outbreak. We are still coordinating with the shipping suppliers. And we will update here as soon as we have any information.

How much is shipping?

We offer free worldwide shipping.

I just placed an order and I need to change it.

If you need to change an order that you just placed through our website, you need to email hello@glowright.co immediately with your changes.

Typically our orders take 1 business day to process, so if you catch us before your order has been processed we may be able to change it.

We do our very best in attempting to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we are no longer able to make changes once the order is processing at our Fulfillment centers and we cannot change the address or re-route them once they are shipped.

Returns

What is the GlowRight return policy?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days following your delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your products must be clean and undamaged.

What do I do if I need to return something?

Email our friendly customer service team to hello@glowright.co, and we'll provide you with instructions for returning your items. Easy as that!

When will I receive the refunded money?

Please offer us the tracking number of the returned items. We will promptly refund your money once we receive the returned items. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns. These costs are nonrefundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

How do I add a payment method?

To pay with a credit or debit card, simply fill in the required card information at checkout.

To pay with PayPal, click the "Pay with PayPal" button in checkout and you'll be asked to sign in to your PayPal account. After you sign in, you'll be taken back to glowright.co to review and place your order.
